All registration MUST be completed online. Your registration is not complete until you receive an email confirmation. 

If you are registering for the 2023 prom, please make sure to complete credit card transaction. Without registration payment by Credit Card, your registration is not confrimed.

Please print out your registration number and bring it with you on the day of the event. 

All volunteers and caregivers attending the prom, must fill out 1) Volunteer and 2) CORI forms. Please make arrangements to meet with Kevin McKenna for CORI interview.
